It was about time for an update here. We have been really busy with all the rain we had in the last weeks.

The water levels have been very high for a long time. This is an exemple of high water river out here. The Gatineau river havent came that high since 2002. Being curious, Olivier Gossot, Guillaume LaRue, Dominique Gauthier and me have decided to go see what could come out at this level.

And I think it worth it, we found the biggest wave we have ever surfed in the middle of an insane rapid. This hole is called Lucifer's Anus at low water (by the way, you dont want to drop into this at low level), at really high water, the far side of the hole start to green out. It's a realy realy steep wave which push you back in the hole part if you are not carving. The feeling of going trough that huge hole to get a surf is really scary, and even on the green shoulder we were not feeling that safe cauz it's really not stable.

Oh and by the way! For people who dont speak French grab a dictionnary! But in a summary the only thing that is said in the video is Oh my God and the water is high over normal!!! Who will run this first.
